Sonic Drive-In

I ordered my food & drinks online. Then sat 19 mins waiting on 1 ice cream, 1 slushie, & 1 sour patch kids drink. The drinks were good but the fact that I had to wait almost 20 minutes. Is unacceptable, they only had one car in the drive thru & 2 cars eating @ the dine outs. By the way they also forgot to put the lids on all the way so when my son & I attempted to pick up our drinks more than half spilled out.

Can't even understand why this location hasn't closed down yet. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. This is what I got... Never going back to this location.

After seeing so many bad reviews in which I totally disagree how many people are so demanding of not getting the fast service they deserve and some people saying the food was wrong. All I can say is THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU GUYS DO AND FOR SHOWING UP FOR WORK, otherwise EVERYONE WHO LOVES SONIC WOULD END UP COOKING AT HOME. Also everyone I saw today when I placed my order were working and making sure the food was right, some employees even had the orders ready for the cars behind me. They took the orders out in a 92' degree outside. This days people are very demanding and those same people are the ones who don’t want to work… keep up the good Job guys. And thank you for my food everything was amazing.
