We did a search for restaurants near our hotel, and this was the highest rated, so off we went. We were glad we did! Unfortunately it wasn't very busy while we were there, so we had assumed it must be at 5 star fluke. The 5 stars are accurate and it's not a fluke; the food is GREAT. My wife and I shared sweet plantains, empanadas, and a Cubano sandwich. The pork in the Cubano was absolutely the star of the meal! The empanadas were the best I've had in a long time. Definitely worth checking out of you're in the area.
I was charged $10 per person to coming and spend my money in this business and then I noticed there were people coming in without paying... Will never visit this place ever again...
Cubano sandwich was off the charts, and we LOVED the Spanish rice. However, the patrons and restaurant employees were shouting over a TV playing pretty loudly, even at the furthest table away conversation was kinda difficult. Loses just one star fit that. I would say maybe get an order to go, because the food itself was just incredible ;)
