Snuffers

This establishment has a great view of Lake Ray Hubbard. Since it is perched above the lake, the views are beautiful! The service was also great. It was our first time and my daughter suggested it because she'd been before. I took my entire family, all 8 of us. Our Brook was our server and she was great! ???????? She kept our waters flowing and she checked on us multiple times. She was friendly, smiled often and was very courteous. When my wife asked for more gravy, she quickly filled the order. As usual, the key for me for any restaurant is how the restroom looks. I walked into it and was pleased at the clean sight of the restrooms. Even more, the restroom smelled good and you can tell they paid attention to their restrooms. My burger was AWESOME and all my children commented at how great their food care!

Disgusting, rude and over-priced drinks. This place is rundown and beyond dirty, it is filthy with napkins remnants sticking to bar tops, mayo, dirty napkins and sticky worn-out bar tops with stinky rags laying about and trash/food all over bar floor. Took 3-4 minutes to be greeted at bar and then a good 4 minutes later to get our drinks (Almost 50% higher than other local places)...with 3 bar tenders and a manager (Nice greeting later on) not that busy for draft beer. Took another few minutes to cash out and with a no detailed receipt...had to ask another bartender to print a detailed one. We used to go here often but has turned into the once every few years due to experiences like this one. Maybe see you in another few years? 4/5/22 Thanks for the canned response I read countless times. Seems you want direct complaints that are not visible...I prefer to share on Google and now Yelp...maybe that will bring more non-canned action?

Had a family gathering to surprise my husband with a reveal of his dad old Toyota truck so we had about 16 people. The food was great but the service we received from the waits staff was wonderful especially Misti James! Misti saw to every need we had and was great at getting everything to us in a timely manner! The family had a wonderful time and Misty and Snuffer’s were on top of their game in serving us! Wonderful memories made!
