Snapper

Just about anywhere you go on OBT is the hood, south of SR50 (Colonial Dr). Strolled through the drive thru…Got the Snapper VIP combo w/ 3 full wings and fries. The good thing is that your order is cooked when you roll up to the window so u get it nice and hot. The bad thing is that they cook your order when u roll up to the window… so you’ll be waiting 10-20 mins depending on the size of your order. The food had a nice fried touch to it. But, The fish fries, and wings were pretty bland…no seasoning whatsoever. Once I drove an hr back home I added some seasoning. I was disappointed that the food didn’t have any flavoring. Maybe my taste buds are a little spoiled. But flavor is a big deal to me..more so over the service or how long it take to get it. I would suggest using seasoning without salt if the food being too salty is the issue, and possibly adding seasoning to the flour batter. I believe this would add a nice razzle dazzle to it . My husband and I have 3 kids under the age of 3, who are, all of a sudden, very picky eaters! It's been rough finding things that they will actually eat.. AND eat consistently! We live a few blocks from Snappers and decided to give it a try! Lol! I was shocked by the large variety they offer and even more shocked by the affordable prices! I always get the chicken gyro and fries with a side of shrimp, my husband gets the Philly or the regular gyro, and our kids get the chicken strips and fries. We are absolutely going to try most of the menu eventually. Everything has been so so so good every time, including the service and speed. We always go to Snappers and order our food there, but take it to go to eat at home, and we always end up leaving with 2 bags of food for our family of 5 for less than $40! I also have to mention that the fries are the absolute best! Whatever the seasonings are that they put on them... Perfection! Lol! I'd definitely recommend Snappers and we are definitely go

Visiting from North Carolina this place was around the corner from my Airbnb. Umm I am very disappointed I paid $18 for this sh!+. Fish was undercooked, fries where good except all that white powder garlic stuff was too much. The hush puppies where hard on the outside and undercooked inside. The mozzarella sticks where hard AF and wasn’t melted at all they also had too much of that white powder. Oh and it look like crackheads hang out there. Some where behind us on a damn bike in the drive thru
