Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Weekday afternoons are the worst time for this location. There are two people who tag-team the drive thru, and somehow they have the competence of about a third of a standard employee at other drive-thru locations. My order is always missing sauce, straws, and napkins (most recently I had to remind them FIVE TIMES of the sauce and then they got it incorrect), usually at least one item is wrong (most recently I got one chicken thigh in my box instead of the three chicken tenders I ordered), they skimp on the sides compared to other locations (and are frequently out of mac and cheese), and when they take your order they won’t let you order more than one item unless you shout them down when they’re telling you to pull forward. The drive-thru itself spits you onto Washington St once you have your food, and good luck because it’s a blind turn. That said, the food (when you finally get it) is always well prepared and tasty, so it’s 2 stars from me.

Clean, quick and friendly! This Popeyes perfectly cooked the food and got it out to me swiftly. They also didn’t hesitate to do what ever they could to make my experience amazing!

Worst experience. I visited them after placing an online order at 11:54 and the pickup time was 12:24. Exactly 30 min, but when I went there, they didn't even prepare my order. The front desk lady kept on ignoring me and finally when she spoke to me after a long wait, she said that they didn't even have my order. People who came in to order received their order faster than me who preordered. Hated it. I just wasted my money because I was in a hurry and I had to leave.
