I really like this location. The smoothies are delicious. The staff is super polite and do a fabulous job at customer service. With that said..... business practice is talked about. Lots of talk about employees not getting paid and not receiving tips. What a same. Your staff and service gets 5 stars, but the owners get a 0.
They used to have great employees. Lately they just don’t care. Went through the drive thru twice for the same drink. Ended up going inside for the 3rd time. HUGE chucks of ice. No flavor. Ended up being very thin snd not good but I left. Being back your old employees and people that care!
I love this location. I go several times a week and everyone is always friendly and I’m usually in and out in just a few minutes. Yummy smoothies!
