Smoothie King

This Smoothie King isn’t clean at all. I also order a curbside pick up order and the instructions in the app said to call once I arrived but no one picked up the phone. I called no one answered. Waited a few minutes then called several times again. So I decided to go inside and it smelled horrible and once I asked for the order it wasn’t even ready. I didn’t go inside until 5 minutes after the pickup time. I ended up requesting a refund because of the simple fact that the placed smelled like rotten fruit.

Unfortunately this Smoothie King doesn't seem clean inside and the majority of the staff were rude for no apparent reason. The woman who made our smoothie was nice and she greeted us kindly, but the one taking our order was just rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing her by buying smoothies... we were the only customers in the place too. She looked very unhappy and her tone of voice was not friendly at all. Smoothies were good but it doesn't matter cuz we left out of there thinking "what did we do to her??" LOL.

I normally love Smoothie King, but today’s staff made my experience less than memorable. The staff working today were not friendly and seemed reluctant to take my order. They also seemed annoyed with the fact that I changed my order. Management, please incorporate more customer service training to your staff and possibly offer an incentive for your workers who successfully implement proper customer service.
