My parents live close to Lenny's..In fact my mother romanticizes about Lenny's. She loves them as she's retired and probably knows the employees by name Lol. However, some outdated legacy establishments seem to not get it? The ongoing inflation shouldn't mean your portion sizes and quality get lower!? 10$ for one waffle? 4.50$ for 2 pieces of bacon ?! 6.50$ for the sandwich pictured. Just terrible ????
Excellent kosher-style deli! Their whitefish salad is generous and chunky, not a cheaper slurry. You can also get fresh smoked fish like sable and nova, pickles, and baked goods to go from their deli counter.
I grew up eating at Lenny's. Now every time I go to the doctors I always stop here for lunch. I love the corned beef sandwiches and the cloak and dragger sandwich. My favorite dessert is the rainbow cake.
