Smoothie King

If I’m paying almost 14 dollars for a smoothie I want it full and not half way filled! If the cup is 44 Oz why does it say 40 oz on your board?

i went in to smoothie king earlier this week and immediately noticed the attitude. me and two of my friends asked if we could interview them on the business for a school grade. after asking, the girl working the register was very rude and looked at the other girl working and said “these children want to film us” in a rude tone. the girl she said that to turned around with an ugly look and said “no.” while waving her hand up and turned right back around. there was another customer in there and he even gave a shocked look once this incident took place. we understand that some people don’t want to and that is okay/understandable but it was all about the tone and attitude that immediately come off. this also is not the first time i’ve heard about the rudeness here. i work in an environment where i’m always dealing with customers and even on my bad days i have never given nor experienced such bad attitudes and rudeness. on top of that the place was disgusting. the fruit was all brown and lo

Arrived at 7:45pm and was told that they could not take my order because they were preparing for closing. I asked what time they normally close and the girls said 8:00. I then asked again could they take my order. After some whispering between them they reluctantly took my order. This will cause customers to not came back.
