This barbecue is second and on Des Moines. The environment here is what you expect from a barbecue place, lots of wood great smells and really friendly service. Right next to the Harley Davidson shop so you can go look at some cool bikes after you’re done eating your food.
Good flavor but the meats were greasy and wings a bit dry. The mac n cheese was creamy and tater casserole a little odd seasoned but tasted ok. Both men's and women's restrooms clean. Super busy place with plenty of staff who worked every second. Limited parking and not for larger vehicles. Pictured is Brisket and chopped pork with Mac n cheese and potato casserole along with Ribs and wings appetizer. The Texas toast was really good.
I was driving by and noticed this BBQ restaurant with great reviews so I decided to give it a try. Pulling up I noticed a lot of cars which was a good sign of things to come! Great prices, pretty quick and friendly service. Ordered a Burnt Ends and Beef brisket sandwich with a side of fried pickles. YUMMY!
