As my hubby and I entered the door we were greeted by the host and he accommodated our request for a booth. The server greeted us and introduced himself as Dylan as we sat down. Gave us the menu and got our drinks. Dylan patiently waited for us to decide from their menu. Took our order and also made suggestions as I requested, very helpful that he knew the menu as I had a carry out order too. The food was picture perfect when served and tasted as good as it looked. Our server (Dylan) was very tentative great personality and got out to go order quick and Had every dinner I ordered correctly and did not forget anything. I love Smokey Bones and have been coming to your establishment for many years.
It’s an upgrade to Applebees. The loaded fries and nacho were good. The cornbread gives me the taste and texture of cornbread cake. It’s very thick and kind of gritty. The drinks were delicious!
Came here for lunch on a weekday. It was pretty empty. Got seated almost immediately. I don't know if their AC was out or they were just trying to save money on the power bill, but boy was it hot in there. I felt bad for the people working in there. If I can start sweating just from sitting there, I can't even imagine how miserable it would be to actually work there. But the server was handling it like a champ! The food was just ok. A little skimpy on portion size, sauces were kinda boring. Prices were a bit on the exorbitant side, for bbq. Their one saving grace was the service.
