Outside of waiting around 10 minutes to be seated even though the hostess was not busy and did make eye contact with us several times, service was average. We weren't the only ones. We were seated close to the door and other couples wondered what was going on as well. Also, thought it was odd that we were brought our bill and two take out containers and I had only taken one bite of my chimmochanga. It was just as well. We decided we should have left when the hostess started ignoring us.
This restaurant has really improved since the last time we were there! We have not been to this restaurant in a very long time due to the bad experience and food we had the past couple of times we were there. The food was very good this time. I was very happy with the chicken enchiladas and husband loved his chimichanga. We ordered off the lunch menu and the portions were plentiful. The chips and salsa were very good, best chips we've had in a while anywhere, and the salsa was very good. We'll be going on a regular basis again.
Drinks are good. Bar service is fantastic. Tortillas are amazing. Beef quality, however, is terrible. Meat is rubbery and chewy. Drink here, definitely. Eat here. Maybe, if you don want a meat entree.
