Was so excited to go try smash burger with my kid and was totally disappointed. The same person handling the food was the same person on the register touch everything with the same gloves she use to touch my food. I do not understand why the prepare the food on the outside of the kitchen where people are standing and talking. It was unsanitary made me not even want to eat my food. The service was soooo slow. The Teenagers spent more time talking than preparing the food. Service was terrible, food was cold, never will go back.
good burgers! was my first time going there and it was very tasty!
The manager takes alot of pride in this store and his staff and it shows. Always very clean and burgers made perfect. Beware this place is highly addictive. I had to come back and edit, immediately after I wrote this review my wife and I decided 3 days is too long and are heading to smash burger right now...we really don't have a choice.
