Chipotle Mexican Grill

Started off good, and now its absolute trash. Ordered online for delivery, paid extra for everything and all i got was a half empty bowl. Didn't even get my chips that i paid for. Place is garbage

Value: 3/10 Customer Service: 6/10 Cashier: 10/10 I'm a 6 foot tall 290 lb man. My 9 year old daughter who is tiny got twice as much meat as I did. The reviews of this location tells you a lot. Would I visit this location again? For a $10 bowl I probably would not.

Would give NEGATIVE RATING if possible. This place is an absolute embarrassment. One of the worse experiences I've ever had. Placed an online order for pickup. Waited 10 minutes past that time. Had the cashier "check" my name a couple times, but never came back to tell me anything. After 15 minutes, walked up to the register and was talking to an employee showing them my order when one of the line workers told me to get back because I was "across the line". I then demanded a refund and asked for the manager. The manager laughed while he approached me and told me he could not give me a refund, and that I had to call a number. THEN, was told by another employee that he was having a bad day and I needed to calm down. This place is a sham. Chipotle - close this embarassment down and fire the manager who was working at 8:30 PM on 10/21. I spent over $30 and left with no food and no refund. PATHETIC.
