This place is okay, but just comparing their food with some nearby burger spots, they are definitely worse. The burgers were average, and the milk shake was horrible (had a weird taste to it). Vanilla shakes in fast food restaurants taste a lot better. The interior is fine, but our table was shaking, which is weird considering that the place just opened. We wanted to try out this restaurant, but I think that's all it's good for.
This is a new Smashburger location in Manhattan Village. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the burgers were exactly as advertised. The milkshake wasn't very good and they were a little slow to keep the dining area clean....but that's being pretty picky. We will be back. Parking: Free parking structures nearby.
Place the pickup order and it said the time it would be finished with 314. I went in at about 3:16 and they said it would be 4 minutes. I ended up waiting 20 more minutes before the end of giving me my food and it wasn't even the complete order. I waited a few more minutes and they still had it finished my shake so I just decided to have a refund. They were very unhelpful and rude.
