California Pizza Kitchen at Manhattan Beach

A few reasons for my rating: 1) We called in a take out order and they told us to park in the CPK pick up designated area and text the number on the signs when we arrived. Problem 1: there is no CPK designated parking, so I drove around in circles for 10 minutes looking for it - I finally had to pull over and call to ask where to go, which brings me to problem 2: there are no signs with a phone number to text. 2) When we placed the order, they asked if we wanted napkins and utensils... we said no. When we called to let them know we were there, they asked again... and we said no... again. When we got home, there were multiple sets of napkins and utensils in our bag. Why ask if you aren't going to listen? It's businesses like this that are helping destroy the planet one set of plastic silverware at a time. Very much over it.

In a nice area with plenty of free parking. Service is always excellent from wait staff. Takes a while to get food, but it's always good. Only issue is my past 3 or 4 times we were sat at tables that hadn't been cleaned before we got to it. In a time where germophobes, like me, are at peak anxiety, this is hard for me.

The restaurant was clean, service was great, we especially enjoyed the robot that delivered our food. The chick pea crust was delicious, it exceeded my expectations. I wish I could order the crusts in bulk to keep on hand.
