Smashburger

Food is a bit pricey but still good. Soda dispenser was out of ice or broken with no concern from the staff which may be an oversight. The staff in general are kind and helpful. The company should make available items through the app to be used to up sale on larger items which employees can't currently do. Portion size is a bit on the small size for the cost.

Just take a look at these burgers. Would you eat them? We did not, they look like death. I loved this spot when it was new. The shakes are awesome and the burgers and fries are spectacular. However after 3-4 sub par experiences with cleanliness I have decided not to go back. If the spot was kept clean (tables, seats, etc) I would likely go back. It makes me nervous to see what the kitchen looks like. Hopefully they can improve...

I've been to some smash burgers that are booming with business. This is not one of them. We went around 5:30 only to be the only people in the restaurant. There were a few people who came in and picked up orders while we are so we weren't the only people. As we walked up, we weren't even sure it was open. Inside the restaurant was grungy and it felt dirty. Tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned and the floor was speckled with food. There was no music or background anything which gave off a creepy vibe. Now the restaurant didn't look nice and felt like you would expect if you walked into a restaurant that had been abandoned. But that being said the food was really good! It was a fresh and tasty. The customer service was very good and the workers were very friendly. We got the brisket burger and avocado burger with sweet potato fries. It was a bit on the salty side, but still really good! Unfortunately the atmosphere of this location has probably made this our last smash experience.
