McDonald's

There was a hold up in the drive-thru today and people were driving off. I had time so I decided to wait. I was perfectly nice with the employees. After I paid, I was given my iced coffees I ordered and was asked to pull up forward to the railing. A large Hispanic male that was in sweats and not in uniform handed me my food and told me to check it. I did and he told me to check it again which I did. I thought nothing of it as I have never had an issue before. I got home and there were white/clear foamy slime bubbles all over my burritos and salsa packets in my bag. I believe it to be spit. I have reported this to the Main office in my area. I AM ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTED.

tonight around 12:30am i was out with my boyfriend driving home and we decide we were starving so we looked up fast food options and mcdonald’s is the only one so we place a mobile order so we can get a deal on the app. we show up and sit at the drive thru for a good 5 minutes then we hear an employee yelling at us that mcdonald’s is closed he was carrying 2 big bags of mcdonald’s food and some drinks. we pull up to see if somebody is at the window to give us food or at least give us a refund and another employee yells at us from their car that they are closed so i explain to them we placed an online order and he said they have been closed since 12am i told him online it says 1am and on the mcdonald’s app it says 1am so he said well i don’t know what to tell you, knock on the window and see if she will help you. So we knocked on the window and she tells us they are closed so we told her our situation and asked if there is a way she can at least refund us and she said “if you don’t pick

We just had a bad experience with a rude employee taking our order. He was short and impatient and would hardly answer us when we got to the window and asked him a question. The customer service at this McDonalds Draper location looks especially poor when you can compare it to its next door neighbor (Chick-fil-A). I feel like a basic training on how to communicate and serve a customer with respect would go a long way!
