Smashburger

Very friendly staff and very fast service. I loved my burger (as evidenced by the picture... Where I finished half of it before getting a picture). My mom also enjoyed hers. I also got a milkshake and it was great. Could have been a little thicker, but still tasted amazing!

Came in to grab a quick meal for the road. Immediately after taking our order the guy behind the register "heads out back". 20 minutes later and the one guy in the kitchen has informed us twice "only 35 seconds longer". Around 22 minutes after ordering a young lady comes to the register from the back to take the order of a customer who's been waiting a few minutes. She seems out of sorts a little. About 1 minute later I smell the tell-tale smell of Marijuana, recently lit. A few minutes after the young lady came to the counter, the original guy who took our order and then immediately "went out back" appears back in the kitchen to work. Finally, after literally 30 minutes of waiting we left with our food. I wanted to leave but we'd already paid over $30 for the order. My son ended up being 15min late to his drum lessons at Columbia Arts Academy. When the young lady handed me my food I looked her square in the eyes, definitely glossed over. Paid over 30 bucks for burgers for me and my wife, got home to a couple of tiny, crisp, extremely burnt non-edible burgers. I’m a regualr and understand everyone makes a mistake here and there. When I called the manager said he’d send me an email with free meal vouchers. Never got the email or a call from anyone. I won’t be back. Freddy’s it is.
