Applebee's Grill + Bar

This is the worst Applebees I have EVER been to in my life. This place needs to be shut down. First of all when you walk in you stand there for 15 minutes before you even get acknowledged. My husband and I ordered two meals online and when I went into the restaurant I told them the name on the order and at first they said they gave away my order because I had the same last name as someone else but it turns out the order they had was actually mine. After the hostess proceeded to give me my order she told me they didn’t have any of the drinks we ordered, ok cool. I asked for them to just refund us for the two drinks and the manager acted like she didn’t know how to do her job and refund an online order. INSTEAD of refunding my money she asked me if I just wanted something else and I said no. After standing there for another 5-10 minutes she asked the bar tender if she had the drinks we ordered and turns out they did. this restaurant just has horrible customer service over all with poor c

The service was great! Our server was extremely sweet! Loved her! We purchased the mix n match deal. I ordered the salmon dish, and my best friend ordered the baby back ribs dish. The food was absolutely delicious as well! The only weird part, was that they didn't have any silverware, nor any green beans. Other than that, no complaints!

We have come over on vacation from ???????? and heard this place was amazing so thought we'd give it a try..well we didn't get to experience the food as the initial service was absolutely terrible. We went on a Tuesday afternoon the restaurant had about 6 customers in. We were greeted by a young man, we asked if we could sit anywhere to which he replied 'why not' so we sat in a booth on the left not far from the entrance...this is where we were eventually greeted with a young lady who told us we couldn't sit there as that area was closed...OK that's fine I replied, its only that your colleague said we could sit anywhere, she raised her voice and repeated that she was very busy and we had to wait to be seated by her but it could be a while as she was busy (there were 6 people in there, one couple had their food already, 2 people were waiting on food and she was serving the last couple when we arrived so hardly busy) we got up and waited to be seated elsewhere but she stormed off after I
