Steak was tough, but flavorful. The service was great. One of weird things about this restaurant is you pay upfront, which includes the tip. I don't know about everyone else but the tip that I pay is reflected on the level of service, so it's really weird they do this. It almost like you're paying for the level of service up front.
If you've ever seen the 1986 film The Fly all I have to tell you is the scene where Jeff Goldblum cooks the two steaks after teleporting them. The teleported steak looks like it tasted better. I have never refused to eat after ordering, let alone request a refund. The staff was kind and quick to help but unfortunately the food was way below par. You would be better off picking up the cheapest frozen dinner at your local grocery store. Sorry to the staff but this chain of restaurant need major help. I have no idea how they have a 4.3 out of 5 star rating.
This is one of the few restaurants I actually can say that I've been amazed with their service!!! The waiters are very attentive and caring. Chris and Raul are the most friendly and always are on top on everything. Tapping off the beverages to offering additional plates, napkins etc etc etc. Am extremely happy with their service that I am making this Sizzler my number one to go dine in place! Thank you guys, your job is OUTSTANDING!! 20 OUT OF 10!!!
