My wife and I went for Sunday Brunch on our anniversary. I'm a little picky when it comes to claims of New Orleans style cuisine having gone to Tulane Unv. and spent over 4 years in New Orleans. Slates however, did not disappoint. I had Champagne – Their "Champagne which was their Signature Eggs Benedict. Two poached eggs, with spinach, tomato, red onion and Goat cheese, on a butter croissant. We had Mimosas and of course, Beignets. The food and service were excellent from the moment we were greeted and throughout our dining experience. A live Jazz band played the entire setting. I'm looking forward to heading back for a taste of their dinner menu. Let's see, from a great selection of seafood dishes, including gumbo, jambalaya, oysters, crawfish and shrimp as well as steak, it will be difficult to choose.
Came here for the first time today for brunch with friends for my birthday. LOVE the Jazz music! Beignets were delicious! Had the Crab Cake Benedict and it was seasoned wonderfully. Highly Recommend! Your taste buds will thank you ????????????
We celebrated our anniversary here with excellent service and food. Our server Delaney was very courteous and also provided service with a Smile! We will have to return again, also the dual musician's on 10/21/21 was awesome. We were able to dance and celebrate on our anniversary.
