Rib City

I called for a pick up order of ribs, sides and a piece of coconut cream pie. I got home and NO fries... I wouldn't normally call to complain but things are pricey for the business and me in this environment. I called and hoped for a win-win outcome. A pleasant young man answered and immediately referred me to his manager Ginger. I explained the situation and Ginger was very nice, polite and offered to compensate me with a nice substitute. In today's climate it's really important to take care of customers. I will be back. Thank you Ginger and Rib City, Cape Coral, FL

Everything was delicious. The BBQ baked was were my favorite. The ribs were spot on & the mac & cheese as well. Lots of food for good pricing.

I had lunch at Rib City, while visiting family in the Ft. Myers/Cape Coral area. It seemed to be a fairly new restaurant, nice atmosphere, with friendly service. I ordered the Skyscraper. It's a sandwich piled with sliced meat of your choice on garlic toast with two sides. I had the smoked turkey breast, baked beans and fries. The sandwich doesn't come with any condiments, so I added some barbecue sauce to my sandwich. The turkey was tender and had a nice smoke taste to it. The bake beans were ok, a little too sweet and I didn't like the ground meat in them, but they were ok. The fries were good, hot and crispy. I tried a couple of ribs, and they were tender and nicely smoked. I would try Rib City again if I'm in the area.
