Food was very good. Service was quick. We got the lamb chops and goat curry and I’m stuffed. The garlic naan was the way to go.
After visiting several Indian restaurants in Birmingham and Hoover, we have found that Silver Coin has the best Indian food in town. We have ordered lamb rogan josh, lamb vindaloo, paneer palak, chicken korma ... everyone of these dishes have exceeded our expectation! The gravy is rich and flavorful, the meat is soft and succulent, and the portion is good-sized. The servers are professional and friendly. This hidden gem has become our weekly to-go place for Indian food.
Great Indian food. The water comes in bottles as well as soft drinks. You can fill up fast with the servings. They also have beer in bottles. They can also make it spicy.
