Costa's Mediterranean Cafe

Horrible service! The spaghetti sauce was nothing but water at the bottom of the pan. We live 20 minutes away and when we called the store the owners wife answered the phone and we were told that they were to busy to listen to our complaints and to call back and hour and a half later at 730pm and ask for Joe the owner. He told us to bring the food back for a refund. After returning he then began to attempt to argue. Even after clearly seeing the water at the bottom of the pan. This is the second bad experience I have hand at this restaurant. The food isnt worth it. Both the wife and owner are extremely rude and have no sense of customer service. The decor is out dated .its not a place I would recommend. If you want good spaghetti and friendly faces go to Salvatores! We spent 90 dollars Never received a simple apology.

Even though they were short staffed and only had one waitress they were still very friendly and the food was amazing! My dish could have easily fed two people. Especially after the salad and bread. I had to take half of it home which I’m not complaining about because I’m looking forward to the leftovers. I will definitely be going back.

We went to Costa for the first time tonight. Saturday, Nov 5, 2022. It will not be our last. Started with bottle of wine ($18.00 Mirassou), salads w/home made dressing, homemade bread rolls, Hubby/Veal Marsala, Me/Veal Picatta. Ended with Tiramisu. Entire meal & service. 10 Stars. Outstanding. $72.00 plus tip.
