I love coming here! Tapas are fantastic and our server was so fun! I had the sangria flight, so fun to match my drink to my tapas dishes.

Silla Del Toro is serving up traditional Spanish tapas and craft cocktails in Marietta Square in a chic yet swanky atmosphere. They have a range of small plates so there is sure to be a taste for every palate. If you are a wine lover Silla Del Toro has an extensive list of over forty Spanish wines. They also have sangria and cocktails that are perfect for pairing. I loved the large, floor-to-wall mural of the bull as you walk to your seat. If you are looking for a cozy, date night restaurant or an elevated night with friends over shareable, small plates check them out asap. What I tried at Silla Del Toro : First I tried the Paella which contained saffron rice, chorizo, chicken, and shrimp. This dish is served Friday through Saturday only. Next was Pinchos which are marinated skirt steak served with Catalan salsa verde and romesco sauce Then, I went with the Spanish Style mac and cheese dripping with chorizo, manchego cheese, truffle and bread crumb topping. Afterwards I tried the Gam

We stopped in for our first visit at brunch, and had some amazing larger entrees, as well as several tapas and cocktails. My favorite tapas were the sardines and the bacon-wrapped dates. The brunch dish with the patatas baravas, chorizo and egg blended crunch and umami with richness. I do wish the pulpo had more char, but the beans that came with it were creamy and well-seasoned. The gin and tonics were perfect for the weather - I loved that you could customize each part: gin, tonic and garnish. We got a sangria flight, too, which is a great way to figure out which type (white, rose or red, each with different fruit) you prefer. My hands-down favorite drink was the Prado Daisy - subtle and refreshing, yet complex. My husband got a smoky bourbon drink, so there's something for all palates. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable and delightful, and the atmosphere is chic, yet approachable. We brought another couple with us for dinner a few weeks later because we were so impressed.
