Shogun Japanese and Chinese Bistro

I would give this place negative stars ???????? This place is trash… from the people that work their to the food. I ordered the “shogun special” and the chicken had a nice sized piece of metal. I took my food back to get a refund and the manager didn’t seem concerned AT ALL.. No apologies no nothing. I will NEVER step foot in this place ever again..

Just had dinner here with my parents and the sushi and service was excellent! Our waitress was very attentive and awesome experience overall! Yes, gratuity is already added to your bill even if you're not seated at the grill but it's posted before you're seated so there's no surprises. I always tip more than what's included so that didn't bother me.

The experience was a far cry from what I remember it being previously. The food was meh. The table was not very clean so we moved to another table & still had to wipe it off. Our food was slow to come out. There were many people there & yet folks had issues with their bills & not getting the food they ordered. I don't think I'll be back.
