The food was good and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is the initial service was slow. We were seated for about 15 minutes before anyone came to get our drink order.
Charged 8.00 for a sauce that was basically just tomato sauce. Thought it was just an extra condiment for the French fries. Waitress did not inform me, and when I told her I was not happy about it,she said I should have known that what all the restaurants do. Will not return,nor will the others in my party. Hard to believe a business can have poor customer service like that.
Visited Shish Kabob House after hearing the buzz and it didn’t disappoint. It’s off the Strip, a contrast to the usual Vegas flair, with a focus squarely on the food. Service was top-notch, genuine and attentive. The lamb? Best I’ve ever had, making the trip to Vegas worth it on its own. A must-visit for an authentic, no-frills dining experience.
