YES, TODAY SHIN'S IS REOPENED. HEADING DOWN AT 4:45. Have missed Shin and his sushi for a couple of months now. Next to the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo, Shin's is excellent. Ordering a take out from Shin this evening. Can't wait for that taste. Bob Cosgrove
Excellent sushi and rolls. Very traditional style featuring good fresh fish. Don't come here if you're looking for "American" style rolls, you'd be missing the point.
Wow am I long over due to write a review... My family has been going to shin for around 25 years and we can not go elsewhere because our standards are so high. Shin has the highest quality fish and the service is immaculate. Shin is the owner and he is the only one that will be your chef. Thank you for the many years of great sushi Shin!
