July 9th, 2019 My husband kept having issues at the pump and went inside to ask the attendant what may be the problem. Instead of using good customer service skills the attendant went on to say that happens when you don’t have money or enough money in your account! This being said with other customers around. It was very disappointing, disrespectful, judgmental and not the way customer service is handled by no means. My personal and professional opinion a better response could have been that happens when there is an issue with someone’s card, but let me see if we use it inside if we have the same issue and go from there.
