Sharks Fish & Chicken

Wow how unprofessional him and his staff are. I called to complain that the wings they gave us barely had meat and were over fried and that we just spent 45 dollars at their location... and the girl at the counter response was we need the wings back for refund which my point in calling was to make you aware of the way the food was served not to get credit. Why would I want more of the same.product. it's over fried which leaves you nothing but fried skin... the girl then hung up when I called back and ask for a manager she laughed and told the staff I'm calling to complain that they didn't put meat on her chicken. ???? apparently the staff is not train well for customer complaints but then after speaking to her manager I was only more dissatisfied I WILL NEVER EAT AT YOUR RESTAURANT AGAIN. I SEE WHY ITS ALWAYS EMPTY AND WHEN YOU CLOSE DOWN LIKE THE LAST PLACE IN THAT LOCATION.. ILL BE LAUGHING LAST HUNNY.

Sharks has the best wings I've ever had. They are very fresh and are the big meaty kind. Please do your self a favor and get some. The Italian beef was also very good. I'm guessing you won't be disappointed by anything you should happen to order off their vast menu. The service is excellent and the guys are great!

This location is so unorganized. I went twice and my order was messed up by two different employees. I was overcharged for one and they wouldn’t give a refund or give me the difference. The other order they gave me the wrong meal. I called the same day to report the incident and I was assured by a women that worked there that I would get my free meal due to all the back and forth. I called today and was yelled at by the owner saying that they cannot replace my order. He hung up twice and was very rude. I called back and asked for the names of the employees so that I can’t make a complaint. He then said to call back the next day so he can ask the employees. That is completely fine. What isn’t fine is him raising his voice at me for a mistake that they initially made. This is so unprofessional and I hope that another customer doesn’t have to deal with this.
