Mama Luigi's Restaurant

Food was cold. It was a funeral and the food was not fresh. Chicken was tough and gross. Beef was old tasting too. It tasted like it was left over from the day before. No one in the party liked it. Would never go back there.

I wanted to make a reservation, but the woman who answered the phone placed my reservation on the wrong date. The dishes they said would be available are only available for parties over 30 people. I told my guests about the reservation and food options for nothing. The dining room I reserved just happened to be reserved to someone else on the same day and time. Plus, their website has been down for over a week, and no one answered the Facebook Messenger when I tried to tell them. It's the 21st Century, people! They need to fix their website and make that woman get her hearing checked. Plus, the banquet manager had all darn week to contact me, but he didn't. If you want to make reservations with someone with at least half a brain, go elsewhere. Their stupidity just cost them hundreds of dollars.

Wow!!! Haven't had Italian food this amazing in so long!!! Incredibly kind and efficient staff. Isabela was a dream with my family and children and worked hard to make our night perfect. The pasta dishes are delicious and well portioned and the deserts are out of this world! Would recommend this place to all my family and friends!!
