Shark's Fish & Chicken

The new guy at the register needs more training on how to take orders over the phone especially during lunch hours. For example when I call and place 2 lunch special orders I expect to pay the lunch special price for the food I ordered. I think it’s unprofessional for the new employee to tell me the customer that I didn’t say lunch special when I know I did, I know how to speak English. So from now on I will not be getting my lunch from this establishment as long as buddy is there working. I spend my hard earned money at places who conduct exceptional customer service unlike this place has shown me today. 2 orders had to be thrown away because buddy wanted to charge me 3 extra dollars for meals that are lunch specials. All this could have been avoided if the employee was properly trained and/or cared about his work ethic.

I had gone here for years. The last time I ordered here last week, I got sick as a dog. I instantly threw up my food after a few fried okra and two wings. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t know if they didn’t cook the chicken all the way. I asked for fried extra hard (it was soft) or if it was the grease. I live far so it was not worth going back to address. I just won’t ever patronize there again! Good luck if you eat there now, they fell off! ????????

One of the worst front desk assistant i ever met she was rude and arrogabt she even said we arent serving anything right now .she didnt even smile or greeted the customer .worst customer servuce ever
