Omg these gorditas are legit!! All the guisados(filling) are delicious. I had no time to take pictures. My favorites are... huevo en salsa Roja (Egg in a very yummy guajillo sauce mild not too spic), Desebrada en salsa Verde DELISH! Also tried Requeson (ricotta) with beans ???? as well as the Rajas con papa and cheese (roasted julienned poblano pepper with cheese and potatoes) all so very yummy!!
Barbacoa gorditas are fire!! But you can only get them on the weekends. Place is kinda small and their food is really good so it gets packed pretty fast.
Gorditas are really good, fresh and delicious, with tones of fillings to choose from. Salsa is also very delicious. My only complain is the very slow service. They should not serve first only the people sitting but also when you call ahead they tell you 30 min and after 1 hr order is not ready. So they need to change that and really just give an actual waiting time. Maybe expand the kitchen and employees to make more orders faster.
