Shangri-La Bath & Sauna

I have been in the salon and spa industry for years and the gold service I got was fantastic. My skin has never felt so smooth and hydrated. This will be a must once a month for me at least. I felt very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a little slice of HEAVEN in Tampa. I don’t even have the words to describe how this spa makes me feel. I feel like I’m literally floating every time I go there. I finally tried the Sai Shen body work today and it was INCREDIBLE. My body feels amazing and I’m going to sleep so well tonight. MUST go if you’re stressed, sore, hungover, or just need me time.

This is a lovely traditional style jjimjilbang or Korean spa. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I've heard it is a bit on the small side from people who have gone to similar establishments in larger cities, but I was pleased to find this one in Tampa. If you are looking to relax and forget about outside stressor this is a great spot.
