Arby's

I was the only in dinning customer. Fast service and clean restaurant. Manager took my order, so top notch ordering. I 3 stared the atmosphere because the design is hard and cold. Not somewhere you want to spend much time. Maybe it is designed that way so customers move on? Parking: 32

It's really annoying that I stopped at this place on my lunch break the line was ridiculously long I only had three items two mozzarella sticks and a turkey gyro with the Euro sauce on the side and no tomatoes. I get to work to eat the bread is ripping up because it's soggy from these tomatoes that they put on there there's no Euro source that I asked for on the side so the sandwich is dry and ripped up and soggy. Then when I call back to speak with a manager the phone doesn't work how convenient is that. So unacceptable.

Ordered a half pound beef and cheddar meal. I received the THICKEST, most inedible looking roast beef I’ve EVER seen from an Arbys. It was a sloppy mess. I called the restaurant and tried to speak to the manager. I told him what I wrote above and he hung up on me. I’ve since called corporate and filed a report.
