They make sezuan chicken and beef even though it's not on the menu. Better than Kung pao.
I'm so sorry to have to post a negative review for Shanghai Bistro. I like their food, and their staff is usually very nice. We got the owner on the phone when ordering tonight, and placed our order no problem; were told it would be an hour. Great, worth the wait. 10 minutes later we called to ask if we could cancel one of the dishes, and the lady started in on my wife that we always complain and we are always difficult and that she doesn't want to serve us anymore. We got fired from Shanghai Bistro! Imagine that. I recall once calling to complain that they sent the wrong dish, which they acknowledged and replaced. We called once when the food was 45 minutes past the eta and was already cold, and we had even pre-tipped. We have called maybe once more when our eta was a good 15-20 minutes passed to see what time to expect delivery. We have never been rude to them. But she insisted to my wife that we are very difficult, and it's her decision not to serve use. Whether she meant tonight or
Terribly rude woman who owns the restaurant. Yelled, or rather screeched at me to hold a bag with both hands even though I repeatedly said I have tendinitis and could not. Deplorable behavior. Please avoid these horrid people.
