A truly authentic experience. I went in the mood to find a buffet. I was greeted with warm hospitable service during a rainy day. The flavors are rich and delicious. Upon sitting down with a nice warm plate of food. The staff brought me freshly baked complimentary naan. It was warm, crispy.
This place needs to be closed. The customer service here is horrible!!! I ordered my food. When I got home, I realized the food was not what I ordered. I called the restaurant immediately and they bgg told me they didnt have what I wanted so they gave me what they had. I explained I wanted to return the food because it was not what i ordered. The food was untouched. Never even tasted it. They yelled at me and told me No refund. I told them I was on my way to return the food anyway because they hung up on me 3 times. When I asked for a manager, a 9 year boy got on the phone and yelled at me. I arrive back at the restaurant. The girl at the counter had my money in her hand as I placed the bag with the food on the counter. She stated we dont care about your money. I said, calmy, you really need to work on your customer service. A man started to approach me from behind yelling at her to make me take the food too. I told her I dont want the food, thank you. The man proceeded to yell and
Stopped in here for lunch. The Buffet is solid, I'm trying to cut back on Red Meat and was delighted to find multiple chicken options at the buffet including Chicken Karahi, Chicken Curry, Chicken Kofta (meatballs), Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka and Chicken Seekh Kabob. By the time I filled my plate and sat down, fresh Naan was brought from the Kitchen which made the decision to stop here an excellent choice. Finished off with excellent rice pudding. Quality of everything was amazing. Highly recommend this gem of a hidden spot if you are in the area.
