If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is horrible! I ordered four wings and fries. The fries looked like they were refried and smelt like they were cooked in old grease. I called and asked if I could get some new fries because the fries were not good. The woman started yelling and told me the fries were good and told me to bring the food back right now. When I got back to the store she stormed out from the back room very aggressively and told me they were not making new fries for me. I opened the box and showed her the fries. She again told me the fries are good and they are always the same. I told her she was very rude she continued to fuss as she walked to the back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I dont know what's up with these people leaving bad reviews. The food is on point The lady was super nice, she even gave me directions there. Large portions, lots of shrimp. If you're expecting Ruth Chris service cook at home. This is my go to place now.
This has been our go-to spot for Chinese food since we moved here 4 years ago ☺️ Excellent customer service every single time! Even better is that the food is hot and delicious and quickly delivered. If there is ever a problem they will fix the situation quickly. ????
