First time here. Got a seat right away. Clean place friendly staff. I got the pollo fundido it was fantastic. The chips and salsa was amazing (chunky) I think I ate more salsa then my meal. Had a little mishap with my kinds chicken tenders the were raw. The waitress Emily apologized and took it off our bill and sent us home with chips and salsa. So I'm happy. Over all it was great will come back!!!
Our family enjoyed super yummy food and great service, when we went to Serranos. My hubby and I both had one of the specials, which were mini tostados with a chipotle chicken and they were incredible. 10/10 recommend. Our girls ordered off the kid’s menu and enjoyed theirs as well. Our server was kind and attentive. Our only negative feedback is that our table was sticky from leftover soda, I believe. But other than that, it was great!
This is my neighborhood Mexican restaurant. My family has been eating at Serrano's at multiple locations for many years. We like it. There are other Mexican places we also enjoy, but we support this establishment because we value their contribution to our community and the food is very good in our humble opinion
