Perfection is possible - this pizza is proof. The crust is light and airy and has a great crunch yet is soft inside. The sauce is flavorful. The cheese has a great pull! The basil and olive oil bring the pizza together. The pizza itself is simple, but that's what makes it so good!
This is the best pizza I've had in Seattle, hands down. The service was excellent & unobtrusive, letting the food speak for itself. Actually I haven't had pizza this good in a very long time, and I've traveled quite a lot and I love pizza... Really love pizza. Also, the Chicory Chop salad was ???? Pizzas reviewed & pictured here: - Clam & pancetta - Roasted morel mushroom Vegetarian options: They have some veggie pizzas that are just bomb.com.... get the one with the mushies on it.
I had a strong craving for pizza, so I decided to give this place a shot. It was my first time visiting, and I was pleasantly surprised by the wide-ranging menu, especially the excellent selection of vegetarian options. Opting for the Yukon gold potato pizza, I was not disappointed – it was absolutely delicious! While I did notice a slight lack of flavor and salt in the pizza, I must say that I was generally pleased with the atmosphere, service, and overall dining experience. I would definitely consider returning in the future.
