Always loved their food, but haven’t had a good experience at this location. Waited almost an Hour for food, pizza wasn’t hot at all, cheese wasn’t melted all the way and they didn’t take the the wrap off the ham for the pizza. Had to peel it off… ugh

I give it three stars because the food is delicious. Unfortunately the service lacks big time and that is why I am giving it 2 stars. While I was there workers were hanging out in the back and it was slow but I saw someone walkin and leave because they were waiting for so long to order and a girl needed help with a spill and she cleaned it up herself and another couple wait 3 minutes to be greeted and order food. The food and atmosphere is amazing but poor customer service unfortunately outweighs all that.

This place should probably be more like 3.5 stars. The food which is the most important part is never bad. It is good enough that despite the negatives of this place I have gone back. Besides the food being pretty decent, the negatives really make me not love this place. To start, the prices are not good. Paying 10 plus dollars for a sandwich to be given a bag of chips is not a good deal. Besides it not being a very good value for what you get, you also have the long wait time for your food to show up. Lastly are the employees. They never seem very inviting and that is probably the biggest complaint. When you have a semi disgruntled employee group and then the food takes forever to be made it feels like they don't care about the food you are about to put in your body. It's not very confidence inspiring. This is not a one time example either. I have been here three times and all three I have got the same vibe from the employees.
