We waited 30 minutes for drinks. It was so painfully obvious that there was something wrong my children asked why it was taking so long. They even noticed it wasn’t busy, and that food was sitting in the window. Meanwhile the manager was in the kitchen right in front of it. Not delegating or taking care of guests. When I explained why we were leaving all we got was “don’t worry about the drinks”. Nothing else no attempt of getting us our food or correcting the situation. On top of the fact I was served a coffee mug with lipstick still on it.
Five stars for all servers and one star for our server who was not professional and missed up our order a few time. Bad day for me and my family. However if I come next time will ask for Mike was always a good server and the rest of the staff were so professional and felt welcome. But this morning I was disappointed ???? with my server. And I didn't put any tips because of that. Love IHOP and like to eat there at least once a month.
I placed an order through Uber. Uber did great. IHOP is different store. I order 2 chicken fried steak breakfast. We’ll I got 2 teaspoons of Cold gravy per order my egg over hard and I order over medium. It was bad. They are not taking proud in their food. I well Not go or order from them again. Don’t go or order from them!!!!
