Throwback old-school So-Cal Mexican food with decor to match. Love the house specialties and service is consistently good. They also have Hefeweisen on tap which is a nice twist on the usual beer offerings... Vegetarian options: With a child thats opted for vegetarian since toddlerhood, there is always something on the menu to accomodate them. Dietary restrictions: No problem with dairy-free either, they've always honored the request from the get-go.

The BEST place in town and my absolute favourite Mexican restaurant. My family has been coming here my entire life— over 30 years, and now, four generations of my family have been enjoying their delicious cuisine and marvellous margaritas. The staff are like family. We just love Señor Campos— a true La Habra classic! Thank you for the great food and beautiful memories! ????

We stumbled upon this place and I'm overall pleased with our experience. I tried the chile relleno, tamale, rice and beans, and they didn't disappoint. I wished the chips were a little less crispy, but the salsa was delicious! The service was a bit slow, and it made me chuckle when they brought our meal out on what looked like a service push cart you'd clear dirty dishes away with at a banquet event. The decor can definitely use a facelift (although it did channel a 1940's speak easy) and the restroom could use a good deep cleaning, especially the floors. In the end I go to restaurants for the food and not the decor, so I certainly won't let that deter me from returning.
