El Pollo Loco

This was absolutely the worst Pollo loco ever been to I made a three item order I only received two salsas I asked for more salsa and they look at me as if I was stealing from them you’re paying almost $40 for an order but you have to beg them for some thing that usually you would be able to get at your pleasure Pollo Loco has is been going downhill, it is not the same anymore.

Churros are a HUGE disappointment- as with all the EPL in the area, a couple years ago they started sprinkling the sugar/cinnamon coating instead fully immersing the churro in the sugar mixture. It has no flavor when you just sprinkle the sugar - it’s like a naked churro. I’ve written this complaint to corporate and never a response. Well I never buy your churros anymore. Apparently EPL went on the cheap to cut costs instead of making a quality product like it used to be prepared. I’ll buy them even if it costs a little more, but just make the churro as it’s supposed to be prepared. You know, like you used to!!

Location is a joke for service, asked for 1 item without a sauce...it came with the sauce we didn't want, asked for a tostada salad without the tostada, it came in it. The. We noticed none of these request were marked on the receipt. Sat and ate while we watched multiple other customers have to correct orders or get refunds. Check your order if you come here.
