Asked for a super skinny iced caramel latte for my diet restrictions. She didn’t listen to me. She just asked right away if I wanted a carmelicious or a latte. I got a full flavor/full sugar iced carmel latte which is not what I ordered.
Scooters is still our go to coffee stop but seeing a lot of issues with consistency and training.
