Used the drive thru. Ordered 6 sandwiches and a couple of sides. $40. When we get to our destination, we have no sauce, no condiments at al! Not even for the jalapeño poppers. No napkins and my French dip wasn’t cut in half. It’s no different than anywhere else. No one cares about quality of service. We all just need to learn to stay home! Very disappointing!!
On this date, June 12, 2022, the lobby is closed. So, no indoor eating. Only online orders or drive-thru is available. Walked over from a nearby Holiday Inn, then found out about the above limitations. (This is also true about the Taco Bell next door.) Had to walk back to the hotel, get our car, then use the drive-thru. The good note is that food was good. Wait time after the order was reasonable, took about 10 minutes. I did expect a better/faster time, since this site is only doing drive-thru service so of course, all their resources are aimed toward this.)
Typical Arby's experience. Left with a fuller stomach and a lighter wallet. In line with corporate expectations Fresh food, hot and fast.
