Scali

The service at Scali is top tier! We were seated quickly, although I do recommend making a reservation seeing as the place seemed to fill up pretty fast. Our waitress was very nice and welcoming. With it being our first time there she gave us appetizer recommendations and entrée recommendations. The Prosciutto appetizer was amazing!! I ordered the Spaghetti and Meatballs for my entree the sauce was perfect and the noodles were Al dente. The meatballs were cooked perfectly and super tender. I will definitely be going to Scali again! I also want to add that I noticed one of the waitresses helping out an older gentleman out to his car and I thought that was a very nice thing to do. I also observed a waitress running out to one of the customers outside that had forgotten his phone in the restaurant. Those are things you don't see these days and I really appreciate how kind and caring the staff is.

I was so bummed because I brought my parents from out of town here because they wanted old school Italian, and I had a great meal here last summer. This meal was night and day. The preparation was lackluster and flavors were very basic. In comparison to other Italian restaurants with the same price point, it was quite disappointing. The Vitello Saltimbocca and Manicotti had a frozen food appearance and taste. Hopefully it was just an off night ????‍♂️

Wonderful service, tremendous Italian fare and a quaint but lively atmosphere! We will be back soon, truly a diamond in the rough! Highly recommend the Pollo Marsala, absolutely delicious, tender and full of flavor!
