KC was so friendly when i picked up dinner for my family. Very pleasant and polite, he asked how my day was and about my weekend plans. He even apologized for the couple min wait while the fries were cooking. I didnt mind waiting for hot fresh food. Thanks for great Customer service!!
The general manager here Shawn Simms is blatantly a thief. He gave me the wrong order and when I called and asked for a refund he couldn’t do that unless I drove all the way back to the store. I shouldn’t have to drive miles back to your location because you messed up my order and then chose to hang up the phone on me. Mr. Simms I’m not going away
My first time at Penn Station! Delightful staff, well-kept/ clean restaurant, great quality! Philly cheesesteak is amaaaaazing!!!!... Better than Jersey Mike’s and Subway! Prices are great too! Update: I’ve been ordering food from here about once a week. There are a few employees that work here that are beyond amazing! MARLEETA IS GREAT! She is always smiling, has a great attitude, and is very thorough in her work at Penn Station. She deserves a raise, if you ask me! I can’t say enough how wonderful and pleasant Marleeta is!!
