This place had great food and some of the best service I've experienced at a casual eatery. The staff were hands off and left us to chat and take our time, but were paying enough attention to come by if it seemed like we needed something. QR codes were placed at our table so we could view the menu on our phones, but they also had the menu posted by the register. An introvert's dream! My only criticism of this is that I wish the menu wasn't white text on a dark background. It was difficult to read. When I asked for a to-go box for my bah mi, the server WASHED HIS HANDS before coming to wrap my sandwich up for me! 10/10 you don't get service like this often. Loved the milk tea, one of my new favorites for sure! Vegetarian options: Vegan pho, bah mi, and others. A wide variety of nondairy milk options for Boba, although there was a 75 cent upcharge.

There are many Pho restaurants here in Portland but not too many of them are the best. This Sassy Souk's restaurant has one of the best pho recipe. Their recipe are truly traditional... The environment are super clean and welcoming. Their boba are bomb too... My only suggestion is get a blender and make some smoothie boba! The price are super reasonable! Will I go there again?
